Built for fast field maintenance.

Operational readiness designed into the platform.

Skyspotter 152 is built as a set of replaceable mechanical, electrical and cable modules. A service intervention can therefore focus on a specific part without unnecessarily disassembling the entire aircraft.

Diagnostics connect data from the GCS, the service computer and LIAZ specialist support. The aim is to identify the cause, prepare the correct replacement module and return the platform to operation with the smallest possible intervention.

  • Module replacement at the deployment site
  • Diagnostics based on operational data and logs
  • Remote support with on-site escalation

A platform divided for faster maintenance.

Clearly defined assemblies make it easier to locate a fault, replace the affected part and verify the platform before the next mission.

From the first report back to operation.

The service workflow combines remote diagnostics, modular replacement and specialist support into one clear sequence.

01

Capture the system state

The GCS and service computer provide operational logs and the information needed for an initial assessment.

02

Remote diagnostics

A specialist evaluates the data through a secure anonymized portal and determines the next course of action.

03

Replacement and verification

The affected assembly can be replaced with the corresponding module and its function verified after integration.

04

On-site escalation

If the remote procedure is not sufficient, the service process continues with a specialist intervention at the customer site.

Service Portal LIAZ

The LIAZ Service Portal connects the customer, the ground control station and the service specialist. It supports the entire diagnostic cycle from data inspection to the integration of a replacement module.

  • Secure connection to GCS via anonymized data portal
  • Service computer and AR glasses at the customer site
  • Full diagnostic cycle: inspection, data log, fault analysis, repair
  • Remote ordering and integration of replacement modules
  • Escalation procedure: on-site specialist intervention
